Woodside Hub offering space to VCS

"An exciting opportunity has arisen for external organisations to be part of our Health and Wellbeing Hub based at Woodside, Middlesbrough. We will be particularly interested in hearing from services that can be provided for older adults that may address a range of needs including; social and occupational engagement, physical health promotion, emotional and psychological wellbeing including loneliness and living well with a range of physical and mental health conditions including Dementia.

Virtual Event Invite- Exploitation of Children & Young People in Cleveland

South Tees Safeguarding Children Partnership is holding a virtual event in order to share the Cleveland Police Report entitled ‘The Exploitation of Children in Cleveland’ with our practitioners who work under the safeguarding agenda. The event will be co-hosted by Detective Chief Inspector Shaun Page, chair of the Tees Strategic VEMT Group and Sarah Pritchard from Barnardo’s.

WCYC Case Study Template (WCYC April 2021)

We are working on creating a bank of diverse carers stories which will be used to raise awareness of caring to the wider public, help other carers to feel less isolated in their experiences and be used to build a stronger narrative and understanding of the local caring landscape. 

This template will provide a framework for pulling information together, this will help to keep case studies consistent and quicker to create and process.

Referral form. Carers of loved ones discharged from Roseberry Park (M&S Mind) Stockton Mind Carers Service

Middlesbrough & Stockton Mind and Redcar & Cleveland Mind both provide carers services in their local areas respectively. They have now teamed up to deliver a new project, complimenting their existing offer, supporting those who look after loved ones who are recently discharged from Roseberry Park. Middlesbrough & Stockton Mind are the first point of contact and will pass over any clients who fall within the Redcar and Cleveland area.
