Getting Involved is Easy

We’ve suggested six simple pledges — each with a clear action you can take.
Just choose one (or more!) that you’re ready to commit to, fill in the form at the bottom of the page, and take that step.
Make your pledge, take action, and together we’ll make a difference.

Speak to a Friend
If you know someone that is caring for a family member due to illness, disability, mental health or frailty, tell them about support that’s available locally.
They may have no idea they don’t need to do this alone. Direct them to wecareyoucare.info

Support in the Workplace
80 percent of carers are of working age and an estimated 4.87 million people are juggling work and care in the UK.
Fill out our short survey around unpaid carers in the workplace to help shape future policies and resources to support both employers and employees.

Share Your Story
Have you cared for a family member or friend?
We’d love to hear your story, the highs and the challenges. Sharing your experience can help other local carers feel less alone, find support, pick up practical tips, and raise awareness about unpaid care.
Contact hello@wecareyoucare.info to arrange a time to speak to a member of our team.

Make your GP Practice Carer Friendly
