National support, information and advice

Alzheimer's & Dementia
Alzheimer's Society- Provide advice on understanding and caring for someone with dementia, with tips on how carers can look after themselves too. Dementia Connect support line: 0333 150 3456
Drugs and Alcohol
We Are With You- Get free, confidential support with alcohol, drugs or mental health from one of their local services or online. Online chat is available Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
