Open Letter to Businesses and Organisations across South Tees

For Carers Rights Day (20 Nov 2025), we’ve written an open letter to employers across South Tees, urging them to recognise and support their unpaid carers at work.

Every day, 5,300 people in paid employment become carers and many struggle to balance work and caring. With the right support, everyone benefits: wellbeing improves, skills are retained, and workplaces thrive.
