The Junction Foundation's Young Carer #iWill Team need your help!
The #iWill team are a group of local young carers engaged in social action for the benefit of other local young carers families.
The team are aiming to support 332 young carer families across the South Tees many of whom are isolated and facing poverty, especially over the Christmas period. The Junction Foundation and the #iWill young carers group are working together to bring something special to these families at Christmas.
They are taking donations of brand new unwrapped presents for a special 'Father Christmas Experience' for some young carer families.
