Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind Carers and Families Well-Being Service provide support and advice for those looking after loved ones with mental health difficulties. The team provide you (carers) with an opportunity to talk about your concerns and worries and give you some space to focus on yourself rather than the person you care for.

Throughout the year the team have offered regular activities that encourage carers to not only engage with support from their service but to access peer support.

This summer the team have put together a timetable of activities and would encourage anybody who is supporting a loved one with their mental health, whether that be a child or an adult, to join in or connect with the service for one to one support if group activities do not appeal to you.
