Do you care for someone with dementia? 

If so, why don’t you and the person you care for get on your dancing shoes and join the FREE music, music video & dance sessions at Grangetown?

The DJ will take requests and play music from the ’50s, 60’s, ’70s, 80’s and ’90s

Free tea, coffee, and biscuits.

In partnership with FROG and Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council’s Health Improvement Team, we hope residents from across Redcar and Cleveland will enjoy these, relaxed, informal & friendly sessions which are aimed at supporting both carers and their loved ones who are diagnosed with dementia.

Please note this is an adult-only session.
