Time to Talk Day 2022 is run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness in England, in partnership with Co-op

The day is all about creating supportive communities by having conversations with family, friends, or colleagues about mental health. We all have mental health, by talking about it we can support ourselves and others.

So what is happening locally that you can get involved with?

Redcar & Cleveland Mind are offering an afternoon of activity in Locke Park, Redcar on Thursday, February 2022. 

"Join us at Locke Park in Redcar for these fantastic free taster sessions. Our team will be on hand with hot water bottles, well-being packs and warm drinks."

Meditation and Relaxation session with Janis Leach at the bandstand 11 am-11:25 am 

Beginners Tai Chi with Faye in the tennis courts 11:35 am-12 noon 

A Wildlife Potter and a warm drink with Jacky from Tees Valley Wildlife Trust- meeting at the cafe 12:20 pm- 1:05 pm
