Tees Esk & Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV) have recently launched their new five year strategy; Journey to Change. One of the main commitments in this strategy is to improve how TEWV involve patients and carers in decision making at all levels - we are calling this ‘co-creation’. Their ambition is to make sure patients and carers have a strong, authentic voice and that their opinions and ideas are always sought out, heard and acted upon.
TEWV are therefore inviting you, local unpaid carers, to join them on Thursday, 3 June at 1pm, to help the team to understand what they need to do to ensure real co-creation with carers.
