Kinship has been delivering our ground-breaking Sport England funded Kinship Active Programme for the past 3yrs. This programme aims to encourage and increase intergenerational physical activity for kinship families across Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland. In turn, improving mental and physical wellbeing.
Kinship is able to support all kinship families (irrelevant of legal order) and work closely to support families to make even the smallest of changes to increase their physical activity levels through a blended approach of in-person and virtual activities suitable for all.
