What?
Monthly drop-in clinics for Adults in Middlesbrough who are partially sighted, blind, deaf or hard of hearing.
- Pop in for a free coffee and a chat with service providers and like-minded people.
- BSL Interpreters will be available to meet peoples communications needs.
- We will offer assessments and signposting to relevant Support Services as well as monthly activities such as Cooking Demonstrations, Physical Activity Sessions, Mindfulness and much more.

The Live Well Centre, Dundas Arcade, Middlesbrough TS11HR.
When?
Clinics will be held on the 1st Friday of every Month 10 – 12noon. Next session: 4 February 2022.
Why?
The aim of the clinics is to improve accessibility to services and support at the Live Well Centre as well as support in the local community.
Clinics will also help to increase social connections and improve health and well-being.

Transport
The Ageing Better Middlesbrough action group set up an age-friendly transport group to discuss improvements to transport and accessibility. The group helped to identify services to help people to travel and get around Middlesbrough safely. These are listed in the age-friendly transport guide.
