You’ve Got This, a Sport England pilot in the South Tees area, has asked NWA Social Research to research the views of people living with long-term conditions (i.e. stroke, dementia, heart disease) or disabilities and their carers on the opportunities they have to be physically active. This could be opportunities for walking, dancing, gardening or taking part in exercise classes or sporting activities. It may be that they feel they have no opportunities and we want to hear about why this is too.
