Mental Health Community Outreach Service
We think carers do amazing work every day for the people they care for and we’re here to support you. Caring for someone with mental health difficulties can bring unique challenges.
We understand this and give you the right support and advice to help you in the important role you play in that person’s life.
We want to give you an opportunity to talk about your concerns and worries and give you some space to focus on yourself rather than the person you care for.
Redcar & Cleveland Mind and Middlesbrough & Stockton Mind are working together with carers and families across the South Tees to provide additional guidance, advice and emotional support around all aspects of caring for someone and the impacts this may have on people’s everyday lives.
