The Junction Foundation are running a new survey to encourage more service users to share their views which will help to shape the charities future offer.
The survey comprises of 20 questions which encourage you to think about how the The Junction has helped you, how they can improve and what you would like to see them provide moving forward.
Feedback can be provided by young people and their family/ carers.
