Healthwatch Middlesbrough and Healthwatch Redcar and Cleveland call for completion of survey on lockdown experiences of accessing health and social care services.

01 July 2020

Healthwatch Middlesbrough have launched an anonymous, online survey to gather experiences of using health and social care services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

They would like to know the types of services you have used, if you have had video call consultations, or if you have decided not to seek support during lockdown, and your reasons for this. You can also share how the crisis has affected your mental wellbeing, and there's an opportunity to thank key workers.

If you have a few minutes it would be great if you could complete the survey

Healthwatch are the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. They make sure that those running services, put people at the heart of care. You can have your say about your experiences whether good or bad at any time and this is what is used to help shape the development of health and social care services locally.
