Have you been 'Keeping Well at Home'?

South Tees Public Health and Teesside University Researchers are looking for volunteers to attend our focus groups to give their feedback on our keeping well at home programmes. You can also give feedback through their online survey, hard copies can be distributed if you need one. Please contact Emma (as above) to request your paper copy of the survey. 

New to Keeping Well at Home? Don't worry you can still tune in and enjoy.

The Keeping Well at Home TV programme is aimed at older people, but is accessible for all and includes a demonstration of simple exercises that can be undertaken in the home, as well as mental wellbeing tips and advice, nutrition and falls prevention advice. Programme features are approximately 4 minutes long and broadcast across the region on Freeview Channel 7, channel 117 on Sky and Channel 159 on Virgin Media until the 16th April
